Pros

- Benefits are outstanding
- Work hours are generally flexible
- Opportunity to get experience in a wide variety of technical and business positions

Cons

- Easy to get entrenched in a certain assignment if you are not self motivated to advance
- Performance based compensation is non-existant
- Cyclical market

Advice to Senior Management

Begin rebuilding intellectual property engines / centers. Seem to have lost the receipe regarding innovation.
