    Pros: Big company where there is opportunity to move around within. Great plans They try to keep… Cons: Education plan suffered with the economy. They got smart and required 2 years in the company after completing a masters to paid for it. Flight Test… Advice to Senior Management: Keep employees engaged and in flight test spend some money in training. OJT isn't always the best way to do things.
