I worked at Boeing full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Remote locations aren't bad, work with good people and directly with the customer

    Cons

being remote the managers forget about you. Benefits are centered around people located in a headquarters location. While the workers who bring in the money and the workers who are the face of Boeing are screwed over.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop picking your favorites for promotions and focus on the people who produce results for you.
