I have been working at Boeing

    Pros

Great benefits with a great work life balance. Not many overs over the 40+ unless really needed. School education benefits are a plus.

    Cons

Terrible culture in support of seniority over performance. Pay is barely competitive, while decent no where near other top firms near the area.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Consider be more open to change and new technology. Find a way to close the large age gap in the work force.

    I worked at Boeing

    Pros

Good work life balance. Fun, interesting people to work with. Usually realistic deadlines and schedules. Interesting work exists, but you have to find it yourself. Great benefits.

    Cons

Co-workers were not technically adept enough to make working there truly interesting and to get hard work done. Things happened at a snail's pace.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make sure intelligent people are put into a position of influence and challenged or they will leave.
