Boeing Space and Intelligence Systems – “A lot of responsibility given immediately. This is good and bad.”
Pros
Salary and benefits. Pride of company. Defense programs always get money, job security.
Cons
Given too much responsibility and NO Training, yet expected to contribute immediately.
Advice to Senior Management
Provide some training for the software engineers.
