Pros

Boise seems to pay very well for the positions offered in the Boise valley.

Cons

The debt load of the company has really led to low employee morale. Right now, this is the place dreams go to die.

Advice to Senior Management

You are only seen as a good manager by the quality of people working for you. Don't take it personally.
