“It was an Alright place to work depending on your position”
Former Employee – worked at Boise Cascade
Pros – Great People, good hours, paid lunch breaks
Cons – Loud and sometimes can be extremely hot (especially in the summer time). boring repetitive work
Advice to Senior Management – Rotate your workers (stackers) to different machine every few weeks or so, so they dont dred coming to work
