    Pros

    - Personnel (for the most part) are smart, easy going, and down to earth
    - Pay and benefits are competitive
    - Work can be challenging depending on the department you work for
    - Excellent work/life balance
    - A good launch pad for your career

    Cons

    - Upper management is disorganized
    - Data overload: lot's of analysts and what not producing information that rarely gets used
    - Lateral movement is more attainable than role advancement
    - Younger employees (due to a wide age gap) are especially disadvantaged when it comes to career advancement
    - The culture is not an adaptive one: lot's of stubbornness among employees and management
