“Really basic review about Bombardier Transportation Canada, basically willowbrook facility.”
Current Employee – been working at Bombardier
Pros – Its a good place to learn about the railway and all that is involved with it, good place for Training and certifications.
Cons – Really bad management, lack of organization. They don't really care about your personal life, as long as you come and do the work its all good.
Advice to Senior Management – Be more respectful with the employees, at the end they are the ones that have the company running. Be more organize and more clear in your golas and communicate that with the personal.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
