Former Employee - Specialist in Stockholm, Stockholm (Sweden)

I worked at Bombardier full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

You are never bored, as your day never goes the way you expected it; you'll learn a lot on the go

    Cons

Quality sucks, HR sucks, IT sucks, organisational changes is the only thing the company consistantly puts efforts into (and even that sucks, nonetheless), best employees leave, not feeling appreciated or even noticed; mediocre remain; career advancement is based on favouritism and they'll rather take a less experienced external than promote their own great employees; turnover is more important than profitability… and you can only guess what this results in.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Retire!

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
