Former Employee – worked at Bombardier Transportation full-time for more than a year

Pros – People are nice there and most of them hold degrees from top schools. The management was not too micro.

Cons – Trainings should be implemented. Work content could be more extensive.

Advice to Senior Management – Hold more freshman trainings and have employees try different area of jobs.
