Bon-Ton Stores – “Good Chain - But you have to be at a certain store

Apr 19, 2009

2.0

Bon-Ton Stores Sales Associate in Scranton, PA:   (Current Employee)

Pros

The 25% discount is nice, and all the special days of the year when it fluctuates to 30% ot 35%.

Cons

The Managment seem like they have an idea what they are doing, but it never gets done right. The store is never in presentable condition and is always a mess. It is a very dull job because the chain right now isnt that popular, and less customers come into the store. The signing and the coupons are a joke and are confusing to customers, which makes there complaining even more fun to listen too.

Advice to Senior Management

Higher people who enjoy what they do and want to try to make the store as best as possible.
