Pros
friendly atmosphere
i was able to relocate several times as there are multiple locations around the country
Cons
not very flexible with parents
some managers did not give associates their time, too busy.
some managers openly berated employees on the sales floor.
some managers were only interested in getting instant credits.
Advice to Senior Management
be diligent with appraisals.
