Complete lack of training, leadership, and guidance for current position. Highly unprofessional and politically incorrect store management staff. Lack of support and managerial buy-in for department projects and training objectives.

Advice to Senior Management

Bon-Ton leadership must find a way to observe store management at all stores in their "natural habitat." That is, when they don't know they're being observed. At first, the laid-back attitude and political incorrectness were entertaining and somewhat refreshing... now, it's almost embarrassing.
