Pros

None at all. There was a 20% discount. But that's still pretty lame compared to what I had to deal with.

Cons

Not only was the department I worked in understaffed, but the other employees were lazy and if anything were to get done and keep managers off our backs, I had to be the one to do everything. I took the job as extra income over the summer before I went back to college, and if it wasn't the only place that called me back after I submitted an application, I wouldn't have worked there. In short, it was a complete last resort.

Advice to Senior Management

Management needs to evaluate the employees they have because some of them should really be fired. I dont care how long any sales associate has been working there, you still need to do the work you are being paid to do.
