    Pros

Ability to work on premier magazines with large exposure. With certain groups, fun projects are regular. Unlimited coffee.

    Cons

Technical decisions made by nontechnical people. Difficult to get quality equipment to test and work with. Shifting industry with uncertain future. Many employees are overworked and under-appreciated.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Regular conversations with employees to understand challenges. Define a structure and relay it to staff regularly due to high turnover.

    Pros

The company has a much more laid-back appeal than with other businesses that are more "corporate." No suits and ties required.

    Cons

There has been several buyouts, acquisitions, and lay-offs in the past few years. We never feel that our jobs are secure—even if you've been there 10+ years.

    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
