Pros

Good benefits, friendly coworkers, decent hours and flexibility

Cons

Random and frequent lay offs with little to no warning, no communication, fear of losing your job, a lot of recent changes

    Pros

Casual work atmosphere (but not work load), with fun subject matter like boats and motorcycles, and a good physical location in Winter Park. Benefits are still pretty good.

    Cons

Layoffs, shirking revenues and a soul-less CEO who no one likes or respects. Management philosophy seems to be "if you can't command respect, create fear." You'll get a whitewashed version of reality if you apply - like the two five-star sock puppet reviews someone in HR must have added here a few months ago - but don't be fooled. This is no longer a place you'd want to work, unless you are completely desperate for a paycheck, or a newbie who wants to get that first job credential before moving on... assuming you can move on before you get laid off.

    Advice to Management

Not much point in giving advice to the self-serving narcissist in charge, or the lackeys who call themselves senior management.

  2. Nice location, unstable job
