    Un environnement multiculturel composé de personnes très sympathiques avec lesquelles travailler

    Peu importe que vous parliez un, deux, trois, quatre ou cinq langues, que vous ayez une ou dix années d'expérience, tous les représentants de Customer Service reçoivent le même salaire.

    Les directeurs vous traite comme des enfants, il n'y aucune place pour la liberté, les initiatives et la créativité.

    Au lieu de se concentrer sur la qualité et les besoins du client, la productivité est le leitmotiv de l'entreprise.

    Les employées sont traités de la même façons que le sont des travailleurs non qualifiés dans les usines, hormis le fait que des fruits et des desserts sont mis à leur disposition afin qu'ils travaillent encore d'avantage et plus vite!!!

    Je ne recommanderai pas cette place si l'on veut travailler avec des personnes d'expérience, qu'on a l'envie d'apprendre et d'avoir de la considération. Je dois néanmoins admettre que je m'y suis fait de très très bons amis qui m'aident à terminer mon contrat. Je les remercie donc tous.

    I would not recommend it as a place to work for people with experience, willing to learn and get some consideration, although I have to admit, that I made there very very good friends that help me to finish my contract. So thank you to all of them.
