If you aim to grow, you need new words to your vocabulary: politics and fawning.

Customer Care (Former Employee) Amsterdam (Netherlands)

ProsThe friends you eventually will make.
The money you will work for.
The parties you will enjoy.

ConsOne of the managers harassed me - twice! - because I spoke my mind about their incorrect and abusive work conditions. Reason why I left. Other employees saw her doing that, and I imagine Darren Huston has no idea about what happens in the NW office.

Booking.com resumes itself into politics, fawning, insincerity, evasion, superficiality. If you aim to grow in there, you'll have to match those words in your vocabulary.
