Pros

good benifits, relaxed work environment.

Cons

salary is not enough for the work that is required, alot of pressure. Team leads seleccion is terrible. Not quality selections.

Better selection on local management, better compensation.

    inadequate training, unrealistic quality goals

    support from supervisors, decent starting pay

    Cons

    the temp to hire position workers are placed in and no choice of shifts.
