Great Training and Environment to Grow with Other Company's

Account Manager (Current Employee)

ProsYoung and Fun Colleagues
Well known Brand.
Holiday Party in Amsterdam
Many training opportunities
Monthly Happy Hours
Health Insurance and 401K
Sustainable employment and growing annually.

ConsUnattainable Goals
Disappointing Pay structure even within the own company portfolio. Nearly 15 grand less than Priceline.com sister site for same position.
Company is headquartered in Amsterdam but lacks American focus's and needed departments.
Used to be very innovative, and is now about pleasing the stock holders. Everything has a form and policy that have decreased productivity dramatically.
Constantly uses "Growing Pains" as an excuse to not compensate employees correctly.
High turnover rate. Average length of employment is under two years.

Advice to Senior ManagementTake control of your own offices, and local country's policy's and procedures. Listen to what your partners want. A company this size needs departmental resources and testing specific to their country. Fair compensation to our employees or you will be training successful employees to be successful elsewhere.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
