Books-A-Million – “Underpaid BAMM employee”

Pros

Being around people, the friendly fellow associates and some managers. Being able to check out books to read, the employee discounts through out the year.

Cons

Time constraint in which the company wants projects done. Be threatened with our jobs if we don't make card percentages consistently even though we try really hard.

Advice to Senior Management

Get down into the store level - work some discount cards your self. All we here is sell, sell sell, lead by example why don't you??
