Friendly, open environment which recognises and rewards hard work

Cons

Pay scales could be better but in a competitive economy pay across retail is the same .

    Getting paid, was interested. basically stacking shelves....

    Passionate about customers, too often forgets about people. Company has a great culture and some great people

    I'm sure like any organisation they sometimes forget about those on the front line.
