ConsCompany values are constantly discussed - these values are not always delivered from the top of the organisation
Low pay compared to other similar roles with other companies - hard to gain worklife balance, it's the norm to work all hours to constantly deliver
It takes more than company discount to retain employees

    Pros: Head office - lots of good people to work with and a… Cons: Lots of senior managers so decisions usually taken at a high level rather than delegated. Lots of work required to support proposals, then often re-worked… Advice to Senior Management: Let your teams get on with it! More
