There are a few, less established teams that lack consumate leaders and it is evident that they have no vision or strategic direction for the team. It is also apparent that their employees are dissatisfied and turnover is is higher on those teams.

Some teams are managed well and leadership values its employees and those are the most successful teams in the firm. Others, have leaders probably promoted for reasons other than their ability to lead a team and successfully build business and as a direct result are dysfunctional.
