Pros

Better than an equivalent amount of time spent in an MBA program. Highly recommended for any professional early in their career.

Cons

Do this at a point in your life when you are excited about just focusing on your career and making a big time investment here.

Advice to Senior Management

Think the company is well run, keep doing what you are doing. Don't have any further words of advice. Consulting is a competitive business by the very nature of it.
