There are lots of opportunities to grow within the company. If you don't like what you are currently doing then there are plenty of other places to move to.

Cons

I do not like the annual 360 degree work performance assessment system. It's too long, too complicated, and the annual presentation that defines what kind of raise or promotion you receive is done by someone else. How would you like to have an entire year's work summarized by an idiot? This system favors people who work at a regional or home office. If you work at a remote client site you will not do as well as you should.

Advice to Senior Management

Scrap the e-Performance system and come up with an online system; that does not have software glitches; is much simpler to use; and most importantly is fair for everyone in the company, not just the home or regional offices.
