If you're looking for a place where you can punch the clock and earn your stripes on tenure, Booz Allen is not for you. If you're looking for a place where you can blaze your own path to success, you've found your place. Salaries are excellent, as are benefits and vacation packages. Emphasis on work/life balance.

Cons

50% of staff are located at client site, and one can start to feel disconnected from the rest of the organization when offsite. 401k plan, while excellent, takes 5 years to fully vest.

Advice to Senior Management

Take the time to reach out to your client site personnel and ensure that they have an understanding of the big picture for the Firm and the team.
