BAH is a mediocre company that suffers from corruption, nepotism, and their workplace environment is similar to 1950s.

    Pros

one of the larger government contractors with various contracts

    Cons

All employees have to wear a dress shirt and tie everyday (very strange requirement from the 1950s). When we work at government sites, we stand out because government workers are business casual and we are all dressed up in dress shirts and ties. Management is too conservative and old, no fresh thinking, and its all about generating revenue from the government. Nothing else seems to matter for management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Drop your arrogance and treat your emplyees with respect and courtesy. Drop the dress shirt and tie requirement. It makes us all look ridiculous at government sites. Management needs to be modernized with 2013 thinking, not 1950s thinking.
