I have been working at Booz Allen Hamilton full-time for more than a year

    Pros

They do everything, if you want a job making buggy whips, you can find it here

    Cons

So the buggy whip department isn't making a whole lot of money. That means that even if you work in the highly profitable field of network security, you will be expected to subsidize the unprofitable sections rather than receive raises at a rate commensurate to your performance.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Downsize areas of business that are no longer profitable, Incentivize Senior Associates to create labor cyber security. Stop cutting benefits, you'll lose your best people.
