Pros – Managers don't micro manager and people have a lot of freeway in their work. Work schedules are very flexible. Work with very smart people.

Cons – As with most government consulting jobs, the work can be very mundane and sometimes you may be ask to work on a project you don't want to.

Advice to Senior Management – Ensure good people are rewarded correctly. Some teams within Booz Allen promote a lot faster than others and provide more compensation.
