Cons

Everything else. Horrible upper management. Pathetic pay, the corporate big wigs in ann arbor or running around forcing district managers to yell at general managers because they seem to think that that will somehow save the company.

Advice to Senior Management

Treating store management like they are worthless and incompetent is not going to save your company.
