Borders Cafe Seller in Pittsburgh, PA:   (Current Employee)

Pros

I work in the Cafe and it is very easy. It's also nice to have people on the floor who can potentially come help you if necessary.

Cons

My store cut back a lot of hours, which obviously means my hours have been cut. My supervisor is a wonderful person, but she does get treated well, and is rarely able to actually work in the Cafe because they have her doing so many other things.
I used to love working here, but now it's just a place to work to hold me over until I move and can find something better.

Advice to Senior Management

I think we are going about selling extra products to customers the wrong way. It is exactly the way that would make me not want to buy something if I came into the store.
