Pros

We're about the books, and the company is getting back to that, I hope

Cons

We're about the sales, and I hope we don't become a selling culture over our books.

Advice to Senior Management

Lets be a bookstore, lets leverage our sellers knowledge and passion, and not force things. We have a good staff, we love books, if you give us the space to sell books, we will. I promise. Please just help us do our job.
