Pros

If I ever use it. I suppose the discount. I don't read enough books for it to matter

Cons

The upper level management is god awful. They create an intimidating and hostle work enviroment. They WIIL NOT have your back ever. In fact, you wil be written up for ANY customer complaint that ever comes across their desk.

Advice to Senior Management

Learn to lead through encouragement and not fear. You will continue to lose great people with your current tactics. Thanks!
