    Pros

It was one of the best jobs I've ever had. I loved the staff and management. It was fun working with the kids and around all the books.

    Cons

They went out of business and the low pay.

    Advice to Management

They were great. I have no advice for them.

  2. Barista

    Pros

Making coffee was so much fun, and the regulars are amazing!

    Cons

I was promised a raise and never received one. Barely survived on this income. Borders rewards sign up percentages.

    Advice to Management

The management expected us to pull the same Borders rewards signup percentages as the cashiers selling books and miscellaneous items. People come to the coffee shop for coffee---not to be hounded about signing up for some card they have to pay for every year.
