you get out of it what you put into it.... it can be fun, but lately it has been very stressful.

lower pay than most retailers... longer hours.... it feels from time to time that many dont have an appreciation for the work that you can put forth,

get party lines talking... the buyers and merch sides should know whats going on with each... operational teams are on their own playing field.
