Pros

the people were great to work with.
I also enjoyed the work it was challenging and very rewarding

Cons

I wish there was more travel in my position, but in other positions there was much room to travel and grow.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

I liked how it was very flat and that I got the chance to work with higher level employees. Some advice would be to continue that structure in many more facilities.

    Clear, well-kept facility. My department was insightful, I learned a lot from them.

    Cons

    The opportunity for promotion seemed non existent. I had an okay job, but it would have stayed that way.

    Reward employees that do a really good job.

    Pros

    Competitive pay.
    Flexible schedule, very fair with work/life balance.
    Excellent opportunities to choose a department or interest and further that interest.
    Friendly work environment.

    Cons

    Command structure can be somewhat confusing.
    Unclear goals that change often.
    Outdated equipment and aging products make production and quality goals difficult to achieve.
    Poor front end planning means considerable "clean-up" work after the fact.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Figure out what your priorities are and really go after that instead of running around playing firefighter and I'd bet you get better results.
