Former Employee – worked at Bose full-time for more than 7 years

Pros – They provide a lot of flexibility with work schedules and create great products. They are focused on the long term since they don't 'have to answer to Wall Street. There is good work life balance and lots of nice people.

Cons – There is not a lot of career growth opportunities as the organization is private and very flat. The pace can be slow with not a lot of short term targets to hit.

Advice to Senior Management – More advertising to let people know Bose makes more than radios and headphones.
