Postdoctoral Research Associate (Former Employee) Boston, MA

ProsDid not get to interact with the administration much. Worked in a research lab, mostly dealt with the department. HR seemed reasonable and helpful. Good benefits.

ConsAs with any academic job, summer is the nicest season since the students are gone. Working at a Catholic school comes with some agenda, so people who don't want to deal with the religious aspect might find it pushed on them every once in a while.

    There is a great sense of community within the Student Services office- everyone is very approachable and welcoming.
