A good place to work, with good benefits with the culture of a conservative college.

I worked at Boston College full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Great benefits, time off and Christmas holidays.

    Cons

Universities/non-profit tend not to pay as well as for profit and corporations.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Is it a business ? Or a university ?
The trend is to "do more with less". ie it is becoming a business and loosing the
culture it had as a Nurturing university.
