Current Employee – been working at Boston Consulting Group full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Training; qualitative and quantitative skills development; senior management exposure in large national/multi-national companies; airline and hotel perks; young environment
Cons – Work-life balance; high variance in managerial effectiveness; office politics; misalignment between recruiting messages and real work environment
Advice to Senior Management – Cut the politics for the Associates and Consultants
