I have been working at Boston Consulting Group full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Extremely intelligent, driven, creative, and congenial coworkers
Projects are mission critical to clients
    Great pay and benefits
Firm offers limitless opportunities for on the job growth as well as formal training

    Cons

Work-life balance can be a challenge
Need to have a very strong presence, self-awareness, and ability to network internally to succeed consistently
Job slowly shifts to commercial focus, meaning once you are five years on the job, the initial elements that drew you to it are less relevant day to day

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to keep an eye on the hiring targets and mix, to ensure teams are busy and the pyramid is balanced.
