I have been working at Boston Consulting Group full-time (more than a year)

Pros

Very good exposure to top management in client firms

Cons

Bad work life balance. Too many lateral recruitment at PL/PL+ levels ruining the "BCG culture". Limited support to people who want to transition. Given an option McK is a better bet.

Recommends
Positive Outlook
No opinion of CEO
