BCG offers good Salaries with a nice profit sharing kicker. Benefits are very good - you won't have to worry about anything. And promotion cycles are quick.

Cons

Unsupportive project leaders and partners
Overly intense working style focused on the wrong things
Poor office cohesion and high partner turnover
Constantly losing to McKinsey

Advice to Senior Management

BCG needs to be more supportive of consultants, especially in weaker offices. I watched people fly all over the world to the stronger offices because that's where the work was. Not something you want to have to do.
