Pros

The professional development opportunities are very good. The firm tries to develop its people and puts specific programs in place. The experience you can gain at BCG is unparalleled.

Cons

The job is extreemly demanding. The travel can be very challenging.

Advice to Senior Management

The bset thing BCG could do to improve the experience is to emphasize and train PLs and Principals to communicate directly.
