Pay, Opportunity for growth, Management. All opinions and advice fall on deaf ears. There really is no room for growth or advancement. This is a result of a lot of turnover. They would rather keep you in your position than help you move up.

Pay closer attention to the people below you. Take responsibility for lack of performance. Listen to advice from others.
