Pros

Benefits, most of the employees are great to work with, very helpful management, flexible with employees' schedules, profit sharing with 401k plans, very active in the local community, World's of Fun buyout in May of each year for employees and employees' family (includes the entire DST Systems family of companies), non-cash bonuses during good-performance when the market is moving (examples include prize giveaways of such items as digital cameras, iPods, etc)

Cons

Difficult to move up, work shifts with the stock market, some positions lack that certain challenge that some people need in their career

Advice to Senior Management

Have the City of Lawrence fix the potholes on Bluffs Drive, for God's sake!
