I worked at Boston Financial part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Boston provides very flexible working schedules for employees that are currently students. Being a engineering student, they were very flexible as far as switching schedules and varying the volume of my work load on a weekly basis.

    Cons

Very repetitive work. Working shifts upwards of 4-6 hours can become very redundant and exhausting.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Find ways to vary the work so that associates can be doing different processes rather than the same work over and over again all day every day.
