Learning about food,
Managing a small team
Very engaging with customers

Cons

Little pay for Job position
No benefits till your Assistant or general manager

    I worked at Boston Market part-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Discount on food and reasonable customers

    Cons

    Minimum wage and no hours. Was promised to be promoted to shift manager but all they did was find fault with what I did and complained that I moved too slow. I would be able to familiarize myself with the menu if they didnt have me work only on the weekends. Five days in between each shift is too long to try and remember everything. Worked with mostly haitian people so you had no idea what they were saying and then they were rude

    Hire people with customer service experience that know how to talk customers. Hire managers that aren't soft spoken
