“It was ok ,but could pay much more considering the position your given.”
I have been working at Boston Market part-time for more than a year
Pros – Learning about food,
Managing a small team
Very engaging with customers
Cons – Little pay for Job position
No benefits till your Assistant or general manager
Advice to Senior Management – Turnover rate for managers is 60%
Be a manager somewhere else
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
